Indications:Detour® is intended to be implanted in patients with ureteral obstruction:

• requiring a permanent nephrostomy/ longterm nephrostomy drainage and/or
• In cases of failure, complications or intolerance to a ureteral stent where an external diversion with a percutaneous nephrostomy would be the only solution and/or
• Patients with cancer
